To book an appointment online, you can submit an online request. You can choose to submit either a medical or administrative request.

If you're not a registered patient at St George's Road Surgery, it only takes 2 minutes to switch to our practice online.

Please note, if you are registered elsewhere, it can take up to 14 days for your medical records to be transferred to us.

During this time, you should contact your current practice to make an appointment.

Emergency appointments

In the event of a life-threatening emergency, call 999 immediately.

If you need urgent care but it's not a life-threatening emergency, use NHS 111 online or ring 111.

NHS 111 can direct you to the right urgent care. If an urgent care service is not right for your problem you will be offered alternative services.

Urgent treatment centres can provide medical help when it's not a life-threatening emergency.

If you are unwell and need to be seen the same day, please contact the practice by phone. If appropriate, the practice will arrange an urgent appointment for the same day.

Out of hours

In the event of a life-threatening emergency, call 999 immediately.

Change or cancel an appointment

To change or cancel a non-routine appointment (an appointment for an issue that you have requested), please contact the practice by phone.
